Rating Rules and Regulations

1. Purpose of the Rating
• The rating is designed to identify and reward the most useful and interesting user questions and AI answers.
2. Criteria for Inclusion in the Rating
• Any app user can submit their question and AI answer to the rating. We do not guarantee the inclusion of the question and answer in the rating.
• Any question and answer can be removed without reasons and explanations from the developer.
3. Rating Categories
• Daily Rating: Includes questions and answers that have received the most likes in the past 24 hours.
• Weekly Rating: Includes questions and answers that have received the most likes in the past 7 days.
• All-Time Rating: Includes questions and answers that have received the most likes since the app’s inception.
4. Voting Process
• Users can vote for questions and answers by clicking the “Like” button.
• Likes are counted immediately and affect the current rating.
5. Submitting to the Top
• Users can submit their questions and answers to the rating using the “Submit to Top” button.
6. Content Moderation
• All questions and answers are subject to moderation.
• Any user can report questions/answers from other users. The app developer has the right to respond to the complaint or ignore it if no violation is found.
• Questions and answers with inappropriate content may be removed, and user accounts may be blocked.
7. Rating Updates
• Ratings are updated in real-time.
• Likes are recalculated every hour to ensure the relevance of the ratings.
8. Top Users’ Privileges
• Questions and answers that make it to the top will be highlighted and receive additional attention from the community.
• Top users can receive special rewards and badges.
9. Usage Rules
• Users must comply with the app’s rules and terms of use.
• The use of bots or other methods to manipulate likes is prohibited.
10. Changes to Rules and Regulations
• The app administration reserves the right to change the rating rules and regulations at any time.
• Changes will be published in the app and will take effect immediately.
11. User Responsibility for Personal Information
• The app may know certain personal information about the user, such as age, region, etc., which the user has set up in the app.
• Users are responsible for any personal information included in their questions and answers submitted to the rating.
• By clicking the “Submit to Top” button, users agree to the rules and regulations of the rating, including the disclosure of personal information. The app administration is not responsible for any personal information that appears in the rating.
12. Privacy Policy
• The app’s privacy policy explains how user data is collected, used, and protected.
• Users must review and agree to the privacy policy before using the app.
13. User Consent
• By using the app and submitting content to the rating, users consent to the collection and use of their data as described in the privacy policy and these rules and regulations.
14. Withdrawal of Consent
• Users can withdraw their consent to the use of their data at any time by contacting support.
• Upon withdrawal of consent, the user’s data will be removed from the rating and the app.
15. Support and Feedback
• Users can contact support for any questions or complaints regarding the rating and the app.
• Support contact information is provided within the app.
16. Editing of Content
• The app developer/administrator reserves the right to edit any user questions and AI answers to protect other users from offensive content.
17. Age Requirement
• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old if you reside in the EEA) to publish questions or answers in the public rating.
18. Copyright / License
• You may only submit text content (including text generated from your own audio recordings). By publishing it, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights and you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to store, display and distribute that text inside the app.
19. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
• AI responses are provided “as is”. They may contain factual errors or sensitive material. The Company does not guarantee their accuracy or safety; publishing them is at the user’s own risk.
20. Retention & Deletion
• Published cards remain visible until we decide to remove them or you send a deletion request via in-app support. Once removed, backend copies are erased within a reasonable period.
21. No Appeals
• Content that violates our rules may be removed without notice and without an appeals process. Our moderation decisions are final.
22. Updates to These Rules
• We may amend these rules at any time and without prior notice. The latest version will always be available in the app.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
• The Rating feature and all content displayed within it are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company (a) disclaims all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose; (b) does not guarantee that the Rating will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; and (c) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Rating—even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you. In such cases, the Company’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
