How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete the data associated with AI Chat - Your AI Friend by AIWAY LLP (AIVEI LLP) at any time:
- Send an email to support@aiway.world with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include the email address or the user ID shown in the App settings, and whether you use iOS or Android, so we can find your data.
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- content you created in the App (for example, messages, prompts and generated results);
- your profile and settings stored on our servers;
- identifiers linking your device to this data in our analytics and subscription systems.
What we may keep
Records of purchases and subscriptions that we are required to keep by tax and accounting law, for the period that law requires (usually up to 5 years), and anonymous statistics that cannot be linked to you. Payment details are held by Apple or Google, not by us.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
Deleting data without deleting the App
If you want to delete only part of your data, such as your history, say so in your email and we will delete just that. Questions: support@aiway.world.
