Who we are
Avooch: AI Talk by Voice (the “App”) is developed and operated by AIVEI LLP (“AIWAY”, “we”, “us”), BIN 230340002698, 280 Baizakov St., NP 3, Almaty 050050, Kazakhstan. This policy explains what information the App processes, why, and what choices you have. Contact: support@aiway.world.
Information we process
- Content you provide: voice recordings and text messages you send to the assistant.
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, language, app version, crash reports and anonymous usage events that help us fix bugs and improve the App.
- Purchase data: if you buy a subscription or an in-app purchase, the App Store or Google Play processes the payment. We receive only the purchase status and an anonymous identifier needed to unlock paid features. We never see your card details.
- Identifiers: an app-generated user ID and, only if you allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA / Android Advertising ID) used to measure our marketing.
- Microphone: the App records audio only while you hold or tap the record control, to turn your speech into a request. We do not record in the background.
We do not ask for your name, contacts, precise location or photo library access beyond what you choose to share with a feature.
AI processing
To generate responses, the content you submit to an AI feature is sent over an encrypted connection to our servers and to the AI model providers we use. Providers process it only to return the result to you and are not permitted to use it to build their own products. AI output may be inaccurate; do not rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions. Please do not submit sensitive personal information about yourself or other people.
How we use information
- to provide the App’s features and remember your settings;
- to process purchases and restore them on a new device;
- to keep the App secure, prevent abuse and fix errors;
- to understand which features are used and improve them;
- to answer your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to run the App: cloud hosting, crash reporting and analytics (for example, Google Firebase), subscription management (RevenueCat), marketing attribution, and AI model providers for AI features. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data protection terms. Data may be processed outside Kazakhstan with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Content you submit to the App is stored for as long as your history is available in the App, or until you delete it or ask us to delete it. Aggregated, anonymous statistics may be kept longer.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@aiway.world from the email linked to your request. To have your data deleted, follow the steps on our data deletion page. You can turn off tracking in your device settings at any time, and you can delete the App to stop all collection. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If changes are significant, we will tell you in the App.
